HSM Winter Conference 2026

High school students, you're invited to join us at Winter Conference for a weekend focused on seeking God, deepening our faith, and making memories together here locally in Vancouver. In one jam-packed weekend, we will hear engaging biblical teaching, choose from interactive breakout seminars, participate in vibrant worship, spend time in small groups, and round out the weekend with plenty of activities and games!

Check-In: Fri, Feb 6 at 6:30 pm 

DAY ONE | FEB 6

• 6:30 PM - Check-In at New Heights Central Vancouver  
• 7 PM - Session 1 
• 9 PM - After Party 
• 10:00 - 11:30PM - Sky Zone

DAY TWO | FEB 7

• 10 AM - Student Drop Off // Groups
• 10:30 AM - Session 2 
• 12 PM - Lunch 
• 12:45 PM - Breakouts #1
• 1:35 PM - Breakouts #2
• 2:20 PM - Serving Opportunity 
• 4 PM - Free Time Activities
• 5:30 PM - Dinner  
• 7 PM - Session 3 
• 9:30 PM - Pick Up

WHAT TO BRING? ​

• Bible
• Notebook
• A white shirt for Skyzone
• Warm clothes if you're outside during free time
• A rain jacket 
• Spending money for any merch (optional) 

IS FOOD INCLUDED?

Yes! We will provide lunch and dinner on Saturday, plus snacks on both days.

Dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday are not provided, so eat up before you come!

DROP OFF | PICK UP TIMES

Friday: Drop off @ 6:30 PM

             Pick Up @ Sky Zone between 10PM-11:30 PM  

Saturday: Drop off @ 10 AM

                 Pick Up @ 9:30 PM
